The Restaurant
at INNESS

Behind the doors of a natural wood exterior, you’re met with lime washed walls, vintage chairs from a Belgian church and floor to ceiling windows that offer sweeping views of the grounds and the sunset over the Catskills. Our food, cocktail and natural wine menus are rooted in simplicity and season–thoughtfully prepared for you to enjoy during a casual dinner with friends or a private milestone celebration.

Inspired by the diverse regions of the Mediterranean, our menu features simple, rustic fare like handmade pasta, vegetables, fish and meat–locally sourced, whenever possible. Seasonal dishes will incorporate produce and fruit sourced from INNESS’s own kitchen garden and orchard. Menus are subject to change.

Meet Alex Napolitano

Alex Napolitano is the Executive Chef at INNESS. Born and raised in an Italian-American family, Alex developed an affinity for cooking at an early age and honed his craft while earning an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. Following a stint in Italy traveling, eating, and working at Michelin starred Vicolo Santa Lucia in Romagna, Chef Napolitano returned to the Tri-State Area to begin working at some of New York City’s most highly regarded restaurants; Michelin-starred A Voce Madison, Charlie Bird, The Elm and Rubirosa Ristorante. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef and Culinary Director at Escape Hospitality, which encompassed Prospect Restaurant at Scribner’s Lodge and Fellow Mountain Cafe in Hunter, NY.

PLEASE NOTE: the restaurant is now open for lunch and dinner, Wednesday - Sundays, brunch on weekends.
