Check-In

4pm - 11pm

Check-in is available from 4pm to 11pm. If you will be arriving later than 11pm, please contact our front desk in advance to arrange a late arrival. Should you prefer an earlier arrival time, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. An early check-in charge may be applicable.

Check-Out

11am

Check-out is at 11am. Requests for a late checkout should be directed to the front desk on the morning of your departure. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may result in an additional charge

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is charged upon booking; this deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is charged in full, 14 days prior to arrival, at which point your stay is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Resort Fee

Our resort fee includes access to all property amenities, transportation while on property, WiFi and complimentary parking.

Parking & Transportation

Parking is complimentary. Guest vehicles must remain parked in the central lot during your stay. INNESS will provide transportation throughout the property, upon request. Please be prepared if traveling with small children or infants.

Dining

Our restaurant is now open seven days. Dinner is served Sunday - Thursday from 5pm-9pm and Friday - Saturday from 5pm-10pm. Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 11am-3pm. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 8am-3pm and breakfast is served Monday - Friday 8am-11am. We offer a menu of seasonal farm-to-table fare and a selection of local beer, natural wines and craft cocktails. Reservations are required and can be booked via Resy.

Pets

INNESS is a dog-friendly property. We welcome up to 2 well-socialized, well-trained dogs per reservation. A pet-fee of $100 per stay will be applied to your bill. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised out of a crate in guest rooms or cabins for any amount of time. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting other guests, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

Smoking

Due to the delicacy of our natural landscape, and our commitment to providing all of our guests with a pristine environment, INNESS is a non-smoking property and smoking anywhere within INNESS is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking is found in cabins or guest rooms, a $250 fee will be charged to the bill.
